Her career includes senior roles at Shell, ENGIE North America, EDF Trading, BioUrja Trading, and DTE Energy, where she built fundamental analytics platforms, led CRR trading books generating millions in P&L, and directed teams of analysts and developers. Harini's deep expertise in production cost modeling (UPLAN, Dayzer) and transmission analysis (PowerWorld, PSS/E) allows her to translate complex grid dynamics into actionable market intelligence for clients.
